My name is Miralem Mehić and I was born in 1988 in a small town in the south of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Glamoč.

I graduated from Faculty of Electrical Engineering ETF-University in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2010 and I hold a master degree in Telecommunications from the same faculty (ETF) since 2012. In 2017, I received a Ph.D. from VSB-Technical University of Ostrava in Czech Republic.

My main research interests are: Quantum Cryptography, Network Security, Network Simulations, Routing protocols, Quality of Service, Steganography, Authentication and VoIP.

I’m a huge fan of PHP and I’m Zend Certified PHP 5.3 Engineer (ZCE) since 2011. I prefer open source solutions.

I like dancing, mountain biking, hiking and cooking, and I love nature, positive and progressive people. Also I enjoy playing piano and accordion. I’m very interested in learning of new languages so I focused myself on learning German, French and Czech language.
